About the Role

Operose Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to meet all targets within current guidelines and standards.
  • Patient Care: Provide care for patients from initial history taking to evaluation of care, staying within professional boundaries.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Demonstrate safe, clinical decision making and expert care for patients, working collaboratively with the general practice team.
  • Team Support: Support the Regional Lead Nurse and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: First Level UK registered nurse/Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Clinical Experience: Demonstrated clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
  • Prescribing Experience: Must be a Non-medical Prescriber.
  • Lead Role Understanding: Understanding of the Lead Role.

Package Description
  • Annual Salary: Up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Annual Leave: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
