Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide clinical leadership and management to our nursing team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced practice skills to provide expert care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our regional nursing, operational, and GP teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Quality and Standards: Ensure that our nursing team meets the highest standards of quality and care, adhering to national service frameworks and guidelines.
- Professional Development: Support the professional development of our nursing team, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: First-level UK registered nurse or registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
- Skills and Experience: Non-medical prescriber, extensive clinical experience in primary care health settings, and managing nursing teams.
- Understanding: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the lead role and its responsibilities.
