About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in their travel money needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.

Requirements

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Desire to succeed and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.
