About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in St Asaph and the surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users who have varying needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18 to apply.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be a UK resident.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector.
