This position is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and communicative individual who excels in collaborative environments and possesses strong analytical skills. You will work alongside the lead technician and pharmacy team to facilitate the transition from traditional paper-based systems to a comprehensive digital framework.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in laboratory practices, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service delivery and effective management. You should be comfortable navigating fast-paced and demanding situations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with clinical teams to accurately document existing processes and prepare for future enhancements.
  • Leverage your specialized knowledge to assist in configuring the electronic prescribing system, ensuring compliance with both local and national standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and evaluation of training materials designed for staff education.
  • Facilitate training sessions across various departments to ensure comprehensive understanding of new systems.
  • Support the transition of the team into routine operations following the implementation phase.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is advantageous for this role; however, candidates who speak English are also encouraged to apply.
