Job Title: New Business Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercer Marsh Benefits TM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

What You'll Need:

  • Proven sales experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft programs
  • Good levels of education, including GCSE Maths and English
