We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercer Marsh Benefits TM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow new business revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
What You'll Need:
- Proven sales experience in the employee benefits industry
- Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft programs
- Good levels of education, including GCSE Maths and English
