Job Title: Building and Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and convert them into sales.
  • Discover new leads and conduct pre-qualification when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional business-like manner and aid account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
  • Cross-sell products whenever possible.
  • Keep pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
  • Log minutes.
  • Quantify and achieve a minimum number of meetings daily.
  • Act on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
  • Complete various ad hoc sales and service administrative tasks as needed.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and offer clear, concise advice.
  • Prepare sales quotations efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers from the quote pipeline.
  • Provide customers with advice and assist them in placing orders.
  • Handle inquiries through Live Chat and emails.
  • Manage your inquiry pipeline to maximize opportunities for sales conversions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using database software.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
