In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and collaborate closely with the Group Head of Credit, taking charge of enhancing performance and providing outstanding service in a dynamic setting.
Your primary focus will be on cash collection and maintaining client relationships, requiring a practical mindset for problem-solving and exceptional negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance performance and surpass immediate objectives.
- Organize and manage your daily collection call agenda.
- Achieve or exceed personal KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify training requirements and work with management to establish coaching plans.
- Proactively escalate account issues when necessary.
- Foster and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively.
As a member of our team, you will have the chance to surpass performance targets, track essential metrics, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of our credit management function.
