Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support and care to individuals with autism, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

About You

  • You will have significant experience working with individuals with autism, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team are essential.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and best practices within social care is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
