Job Title: Project Management Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at The Resolute Group Ltd. As a key member of our Water team, you will be responsible for supporting the Programme lead in rolling out a change programme in a Water Networks team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data and information covering operational strategies, network characteristics, asset condition, and customer base composition.
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and implement effective change management processes.
  • Collaborate with the Programme lead to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide support to the Programme lead in managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, proposals, and reports to support project decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, change management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Utilities sector, particularly in the Water industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of home-based and office-based work.
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 basic + travel.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days a week home-based and 3 days a week in the client's office.
