We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our tight-knit team in a rapidly growing company offering progression right through to directorship. Our company has seen rapid growth since its establishment in 2021 and works primarily across hospitality and leisure, offering internal refurbishments and extensions, as well as ground up construction of commercial properties.
In this varied role, you will be 50% office-based where you will manage tenders, plan for costs, manage accounts, procure contractors, and take the lead on projects. The other 50% of the role is site-based, where you will travel to various sites in the South East, meeting clients and conducting site surveys.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager who is looking to join a growing company that offers excellent progression, car allowance, and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.
The Role:- 50/50 Office and Site split.
