• Train the team on product features to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track and communicate progress against key performance indicators to the team.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Team Development:
• Identify and nurture internal talent, supporting performance management initiatives.
• Address performance issues and escalate them to the Store Manager as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Proven ability to positively influence sales, payroll, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring team members.
