Legal Support Specialist - Company Secretarial
Our esteemed client is seeking a full-time Legal Support Specialist in the realm of Company Secretarial. This role provides flexible working arrangements and is suited for individuals with prior experience in secretarial or administrative functions. The perfect candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a readiness to work additional hours when required. Experience within a legal firm is advantageous.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity
- Knowledge of Oyez / Laser Forms
- Experience with document comparison tools such as Deltaview
Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Understanding of General Accounts, Solicitor's Accounts Rules, and Money Laundering Regulations
Essential Experience:
- Capability to draft legal correspondence and documents
- Prepare forms for Companies House and board meeting minutes
- Effectively manage both electronic and physical filing systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to operate under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Handle accounts and responsibilities related to money laundering compliance
