Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our corporate team on a range of tasks, including:

  • Preparing and reviewing ancillary documents on private company corporate transactions, including documents lists, board minutes, due diligence reports, disclosure letters, stock transfer forms, and completion bibles.
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of acquisition documents, such as share purchase and asset purchase agreements.
  • Providing support on banking transactions, including CP lists, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and director's certificates.
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Professional Legal Qualification or working towards (CILEX/Law Degree/Paralegal).
  • Excellent legal knowledge, drafting skills, and experience appropriate to the level of experience.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
  • Team player able to fit into a friendly, busy team.
  • Organisational ability.
