Our company, Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (37.5 hours per week).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of ancillary documents related to corporate transactions, including documents lists, board minutes, due diligence reports, disclosure letters, stock transfer forms, and completion bibles.
  • Support the preparation and review of acquisition documents, such as share purchase and asset purchase agreements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in company secretarial matters.
  • Ability to work across both corporate and banking disciplines and gain experience in both areas.

Requirements:

  • Professional legal qualification or working towards (CILEX/Law Degree/Paralegal).
  • Flexibility to work outside usual business hours when required.
  • Sound legal knowledge, drafting skills, and experience appropriate to the level of experience.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
  • Team player able to fit into a friendly, busy team.
  • Organisational ability.
