About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Compliance Supervisor to oversee our reactive maintenance operations in the East London area. This role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high standards of electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary liaison between the Technical Compliance Team, NICEIC, SHE, Managers, and clients when necessary.
2. Conduct thorough Risk Assessments for all electrical tasks and personnel.
3. Review and verify inspection and testing results from electricians, ensuring timely processing to avoid delays and maintain safety standards.
4. Serve as the registered Qualifying Supervisor for the branch, fulfilling any necessary assessments mandated by NICEIC.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems in accordance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of electricians, including mentoring and training apprentices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical installations, repairs, inspections, and testing, with the capability to complete relevant Electrical Certificates or Condition Reports.
- Full electrical qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Test & Inspect, 18th Edition, and NICEIC certification.
