Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team at the Nursing and Midwifery Council. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our fitness to practise process.

• Provide expert legal advice on complex cases, ensuring that our decisions are informed and evidence-based.
• Lead and manage a team of lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective communication and coordination.

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable lawyer with significant experience in professional regulation. You will have a strong track record of leading teams and developing colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
