Lettings Partner Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking an experienced Lettings Partner to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Loughton.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area, implementing short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability.
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area, maintaining a strong market presence and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives, collaborating with peers to build networks and relationships while identifying opportunities for referrals.
  • Implement and ensure compliance of operational planning and financial control systems, contributing to the development of the Area strategy to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to predict and react accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work effectively unsupervised, while being part of a greater team and contributing to the company's values and processes.
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
