About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative New Home Sales Progressor to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the home buying process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers or lenders, to ensure all necessary documents are gathered and the sale is completed on time.
  • Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion, including gathering required documents, such as mortgage agreements and insurance policies.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication, ensuring that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as our mortgage and insurance partners, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate agency, residential lettings, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline.
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development and career progression.
