Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry with a strong focus on Heavy Vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • A level 2/3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Training or an equivalent credential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for learners.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience for all apprentices.
  • A level 3 Award in Education and Training or higher is preferred.
