About the Role:
This is a full-time position for a Heavy Vehicle Training Specialist.
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional training and assessments for apprentices, leveraging your industry knowledge to enrich their educational journey.
Moreover, you will provide guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentices, assisting them in acquiring the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for success in the automotive sector.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry with a strong focus on Heavy Vehicle repair and maintenance.
- A level 2/3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Training or an equivalent credential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for learners.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience for all apprentices.
- A level 3 Award in Education and Training or higher is preferred.
