About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Advisor to join our team at CRG TEC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SHEQ considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Monitor and report on SHEQ performance metrics to inform business improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a SHEQ role, preferably in the power industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
