At Perfect Fit People Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the M&E team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across various sites.

This is a hybrid role that requires a blend of office, remote, and site-based work. You will be working closely with the team to:

  • Assist in site inspections and ensure accurate reporting and monitoring
  • Attend and lead meetings to discuss health and safety matters
  • Carry out CDM inspections and review documentation
  • Handle external audits and ensure compliance with relevant legislation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH accreditation and a proven background in health and safety within a construction-related environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience in working at height and a good understanding of legislation, including CDM
  • Document management experience, including ISO 45001 and 9001
  • Exceptional IT skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
