About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs (SEN) in our partner schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and interventions to students with SEN
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assist with the management of classroom behavior and provide positive reinforcement
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver inclusive lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs
Requirements
  • Qualified HLTA with experience working with students with SEN
