About the Role

We are seeking a driven Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer to join our team at Hales Group Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years' experience looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression pathways and full support toward professional accreditation (ICE or IStructE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare structural design calculations by hand and through engineering software, utilizing expertise in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures.
  • Design and develop project drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, with experience in 3D modelling being a plus.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and directors to deliver innovative and effective design solutions, ensuring exposure to a variety of projects and opportunities for technical skill development.
