We are delighted to be working with a top-tier city law firm who are seeking a Document Services Coordinator to handle quick, document-related tasks (1 hour max) for corporate clients in their London office. Responsibilities include managing workflow, completing quick-turn requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality document production.

You will also liaise with the Document Production team and clients to meet deadlines and client needs.

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

  • Have previous document production experience in a professional services environment
  • Have excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies
  • Be able to troubleshoot tasks and documents alike and communicating well solutions and sharing knowledge when appropriate.

As a key member of the Strictly Recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the legal sector. This includes managing document workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high-quality document production standards.

Key responsibilities will include:
