As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing finance operations, collaborating closely with partners and managers to foster efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the finance department, ensuring streamlined workflows and high-quality deliverables.
  • Supervise the preparation of monthly management accounts, KPIs, and essential financial reports.
  • Deliver critical financial insights, including weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly billing objectives.
  • Develop annual budgets while ensuring adherence to ICAEW and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee intercompany reconciliations and maintain control over sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Manage payroll, VAT returns, expenses, and disbursement processes with accuracy.
  • Contribute significantly to the enhancement of internal systems and support the organization's growth.

Essential Qualifications:
  • ACCA/ACA certification or QBE with over 7 years of accounting experience, particularly in general practice management.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience with robust leadership capabilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and their influence on business performance.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with IRIS and Xero are advantageous.
