CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on an interim basis. Reporting to the Financial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring the team is supported and driven forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5 covering transactional finance and payroll;
  • Produce financial accounts and management accounts;
  • Account for a multiple entity environment, journal postings, and intercompany accounts;
  • Conduct KPI analysis and attend senior management meetings to provide meaningful insight;
  • Occasional travel to various sites to business partner with regional management teams.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience;
  • Detailed understanding of month end, year end, and audit processes;
  • Ability to start a new role immediately.
