Credit Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our Collections strategy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for making informed decisions using data analysis to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide performance analytics on Collection's strategies to inform business decisions
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement systemic changes and enhance strategies
- Communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize workload to deliver value to customers and business
We are looking for a candidate with a confident and can-do attitude, who is curious, analytical, and logical with a keen eye for detail. You should have a degree education and/or practical experience in a similar role, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SQL, SAS, and Power BI. Experience in Credit Risk, particularly in Collections / Arrears Management, is advantageous but not essential.
