Job Summary

Brightwork Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform electrical fault diagnosis and repair, using technical drawings and manuals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain spare parts inventory and records.
  • Work with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.

Requirements

  • Electrical qualification and experience, preferably with a HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
