Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all interactions are friendly, approachable, and respectful, reflecting the high standards of Savills Management Resources.
  • Reception and Administration
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
    • Handle and administer resident keys, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all keys are signed in and out on a daily basis.
    • Manage on-site booking requirements for key access areas, in and around the development.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Answer the telephone and on-site intercom system for all tenant queries in a professional manner.
    • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all staff, tenants, and contractors.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring that all information is shared and up-to-date.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, including reporting any incidents or hazards to the relevant authorities.
    • Conduct regular site walk rounds to identify and report any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Administration and Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including visitor logs and key administration.
    • Complete all log reports as required by management or the building manager.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Deal with all queries and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
    • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Demonstrable experience of front of house concierge and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing.
    • Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.
    • Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically.
    • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • No specific qualifications are required, but a relevant qualification or experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Working Hours and Salary

  • Working hours: 8 hours shifts, (10-19 with 1 hour unpaid break) Mon-Fri.
  • Salary: £31,270.00 per annum.
