Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Physiotherapist to join our Medical Therapy Team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Medical Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing advanced assessment and treatment for patients with complex medical conditions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for patients with complex medical conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy management plans
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of physiotherapy services
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Physiotherapy qualification
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working with complex medical patients
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
