Logistics Excellence at XPO

We're seeking a skilled Transport Operator to join our team at XPO, a leading provider of world-class logistics solutions. As a Transport Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of day-to-day transport operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver and vehicle management for dedicated operations
  • Driver debrief and full load management
  • POD/SOG compliance and subcontractor payment
  • Holiday cover for nightly trunking activity and scheduling dedicated delivery vehicles
  • Attendance on service conference calls and adherence to XPO policies and procedures
  • Providing operational updates to operations managers and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Resolving issues and disputes

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar transport administration role, with knowledge of Driver Hours Regulations and H&S
  • Excellent communication skills, with regular interactions with stakeholders
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Outlook
