We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Programmes Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team that delivers a range of community programmes and services.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a passionate team, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and inspired to deliver excellent services.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders, ensuring Goodman Masson is a key player in shaping local services and priorities.
- Service Development: Contribute to the strategic and operational development of our community programmes, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
- Resource Management: Develop and oversee budgets, funding, and financial plans to ensure we have the resources to support our community work.
- Safety and Compliance: Oversee the safe operation of our community hubs and sites, including building safety and compliance.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and developing community programmes, with a strong track record in staff management and creating a positive, inclusive culture.
- Skills: Strong business planning and development skills, experience in strategic partnership working and stakeholder engagement, budget management skills, and the ability to adapt, manage change, and demonstrate sound business judgement.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a field such as community development, social work, or a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £45,033 per year, with annual pay scale increases.
