LTF Recruitment Ltd is excited to present a rewarding opportunity as an Educational Behaviour Facilitator within a reputable alternative provision in Grantham. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on fostering the educational and emotional development of all students. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating both individual and group sessions aimed at helping students cultivate positive behaviours and social skills.
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and fellow staff members to establish a nurturing and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with students and serving as a constructive role model.
  • Setting personalized objectives and monitoring progress to tailor suitable educational materials.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Possess a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to commute to the workplace.
  • Hold Team Teach or equivalent training, which is advantageous.
