LTF Recruitment Ltd is excited to present a rewarding opportunity as an Educational Behaviour Facilitator within a reputable alternative provision in Grantham. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on fostering the educational and emotional development of all students. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating both individual and group sessions aimed at helping students cultivate positive behaviours and social skills.
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and fellow staff members to establish a nurturing and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with students and serving as a constructive role model.
- Setting personalized objectives and monitoring progress to tailor suitable educational materials.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to commute to the workplace.
- Hold Team Teach or equivalent training, which is advantageous.
