We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our integration plans forward, from Full Business Case stage to completion, and beyond. As Integration Programme Director, you will lead a series of integration work streams in designing our new, integrated organisation.
Main ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will provide progress updates to the joint Executive Team and Trust Board. You will steer our organisations from 'Strategic Case' stage to Full Business Case and lead the development of the Post-Transaction Integration Plan (PTIP).
Key Requirements- Significant experience of delivering organisation-wide change.
- Experience of delivering Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Excellent leadership capabilities and the ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders.
