About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our driving team as a Mail Centre Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and delivering mail and parcels from our Mail Centres and Delivery offices
  • Loading and unloading mail and parcels from our vehicles
  • Ensuring that mail and parcels are delivered to the correct addresses in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • A valid Periodic Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification (CPC) and a valid Drivers Qualification Card (DQC)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
