About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MGV Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our driving team, you will be responsible for collecting bulk mail from major customers, Post Offices, and transporting mail between our Mail Centres and Delivery offices at prearranged times.

As a driver for Royal Mail, you will be the public face of our company and an established part of the community. You will be required to load and unload your van, sorting mail into correct onward distribution. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong sense of community and a willingness to work flexible shift patterns.

About You

We are looking for someone who is upbeat and self-motivated, with a strong sense of community and a willingness to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have a full UK manual driving licence with less than 6 penalty points, and a valid Periodic Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification (CPC) and Drivers Qualification Card (DQC). You will also be required to present your Digital Tachograph Card if selected for assessment.

We offer a competitive starting salary of £602.60 per week, pro rata, plus overtime and shift allowance.
