Role Overview:

We are in search of a Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As we prepare to welcome guests, the pre-opening team will play a crucial role in establishing Sachi as one of London's premier Japanese dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the creation of dishes following established recipes and standards.
- Supporting the Sous Chef in managing and maintaining the designated kitchen station.
- Ensuring that all dishes leaving the station meet the established quality and presentation standards.
- Participating in taste testing to ensure flavors and seasoning are on point.
- Assisting in the proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
- Learning and mastering culinary techniques and procedures under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Actively working to enhance culinary skills through hands-on experience.
- Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak service periods.
- Seeking opportunities for career advancement within the culinary field.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
