Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of a specific kitchen section, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
- Upholding exceptional standards of food presentation and taste.

Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
- Proven experience in managing a specific kitchen section, such as grill, sauté, or pastry.
- A track record of contributing to menu development and culinary creativity.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with fellow chefs and kitchen personnel.
- Experience in training and supervising less experienced kitchen staff.
