Head of Spa - Luxury Hotel in Wales

Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Wales, is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Spa to oversee the day-to-day operations of their spa department. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing the department's budget, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across the spa department
  • Manage the spa team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head of Spa or similar role in a luxury hotel or spa environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
