About the Role:

Chadwick Nott is seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their team in a unique hybrid private practice/in-house position. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including contracts and other business documents
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure the firm remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Solicitor or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and business principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
