About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Law Solicitor to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a key member of our Commercial Technology team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on commercial agreements, contracts, and disputes
  • Assisting in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including technology contracts and IP licensing agreements
  • Working closely with clients to understand their commercial needs and providing tailored legal solutions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of commercial services
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial law and regulations, and applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of PQE in commercial law
  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
