Position Overview

Our client, a distinguished legal practice in the Thames Valley region, operates multiple offices throughout Berkshire. With a dedicated team of over 60 expert solicitors and advisors, they prioritize building lasting client relationships and providing outstanding client service in both personal and commercial legal matters.

Role Summary:

We are in search of a Solicitor, Senior Solicitor, or Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the Commercial Property division in Reading, with the option for hybrid working arrangements.

In this position, you will manage a varied portfolio of cases, including leasehold and freehold transactions, development projects, secured lending, and initial registrations. You will have the opportunity to cultivate your own caseload while also collaborating with experienced colleagues on larger initiatives. The clientele of the team includes substantial landed estates, developers, charitable organizations, educational institutions, lenders, businesses, and private clients.

  • Oversee an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Efficiently and cost-effectively manage client cases.
