Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Provide holistic oversight and management of our top sellers, identifying and addressing any concerning performance trends, and escalating issues to leadership teams as needed.
  • Account Management: Develop and implement best-in-class account management frameworks to build long-term, high-value relationships with key sellers, driving sustained, profitable growth for both the sellers and Amazon.
  • Seller Identification: Establish data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled, allowing us to proactively engage with and support the most promising sellers.
  • Strategic Alignment: Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen our partnerships.
  • Operational Efficiency: Effectively navigate the complexities of a matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistently strong results, streamlining seller engagement and support, reducing pain points, and tailoring our assistance to each seller's unique needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Strong track record in strategic account management, deep e-commerce expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business, experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels.
