Exciting Opportunity: Director Of Revenue Operations

Focus Group, a leading provider of digital workplace solutions, is seeking a talented Director of Revenue Operations to join their team.

Role Summary:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue operations across all channels
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive efficiency
  • Oversee pricing, contract development, and deal desk functions
  • Utilize data analysis for decision-making and business planning
  • Implement technology platforms for revenue operations
  • Work with investor value creation team to deliver value plan
  • Integrate new acquisitions with business operations team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate commercial team goals and plans
  • Provide performance insights and cross-functional governance
  • Support team to achieve targets efficiently
  • Maintain commercial tech stack and data accuracy
  • Establish support teams for operations

Must Have:

Should Have:

  • Experience in cross-functional reviews
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies in tech sector
  • Acquisition revenue function integration experience

Could Have:

  • IT/telecoms sector experience
