About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Commercial Manager to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for leading a team of junior members and driving the pricing of mechanical works with values exceeding 10m euro.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial acumen and people development, with a proven track record of leading a disciplined team to success. Key Responsibilities
