Commercial Manager (MEP) Hunter Savage are working alongside a reputable M&E Contractor in their search for a Commercial Manager to join their Newry office.
This organisation pride themselves in providing the highest standard of work at speed and quality for their clients operating across Ireland Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Competitive compensation package Professional Membership Support Bespoke Career Pathways The Role Responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the projects, including cost control, budget management and subcontractor management Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimates, procurement and tender process and ensure robust timely cost and value reporting at both project and business level unit Mentor Junior members of the commercial team.
The Person: Ideally 5+ years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within a similar environment Knowledge of construction law and contracts Previous experience in the MEP industry would be desirable Valid CSR / Safe Pass and a Clean UK / ROI Driving License.
