Job Title: Planning Business Director

At Norbrook Laboratories, we are seeking a highly skilled Planning Business Director to lead our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the IBP process across the organization, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial plans to drive effective decision-making and enhance business performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the IBP process, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Development, and other functions to ensure proper input and alignment with the IBP process.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper of the Integrated Business Planning process, the S&OE process, and the governance of continuous improvement, orchestrating the cross-functional teams involved.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review business performance against these metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on IBP activities, performance, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or business planning roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, encompassing change management and change enablement.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting software, as well as ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or professional certification is an asset.

This is a full-time, permanent position located at Norbrook Laboratories.
