Job Title: Senior Contracts Officer (Legal)

As a Senior Contracts Officer (Legal), you will be part of a small but well-established team supporting the University's research contract portfolio. Your main focus will be to manage the contract process for a given Faculty, ensuring that all contracts are compliant with University policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contract process for a given Faculty, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Faculty staff, researchers, and external partners to ensure effective contract management.
  • Provide guidance and support to Faculty staff on contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless contract management across the University.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of contract law and University policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
