Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Select Offshore, a leading industry player in Renewables, Offshore, and Marine recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our perm division
- Source, qualify, and reference candidates, building strong relationships with them
- Lead executive search projects across the globe, leveraging your expertise and network
- Create a seamless and memorable candidate and client experience
- Attend industry events, business trips, and customer meetings to build relationships and identify new opportunities
- Manage stakeholders and maintain a strong network of contacts
- Negotiate salaries and benefits between parties
- Drive revenue growth and achieve Top-Biller status
- A self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of winning clients and growing accounts, or experience in breaking into new areas of the business
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships within a vertical market
- Highly competitive with a strong record of billing and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Professional, emotionally mature, and ethical in your approach
